In addition to core business information, we provide mobile management applications and related digital services that may include product showcase, customization consulting, online ordering, after-sales maintenance, glass industry information, technical consulting, and business cooperation matching. Not all functions are available in every country, app store, or app version.
4. Accounts and Information Accuracy
Where registration or data submission is offered, users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and sufficiency of project requirements, order-related details, uploaded materials, and communications they submit. We may rely on submitted information to prepare responses, quotations, support records, or follow-up communication. If information is incomplete or inaccurate, service outcomes may be delayed or limited.
5. Orders, Consultations, and Custom Requests
Any product descriptions, consultation content, app displays, or order initiation tools on our website or apps are informational unless expressly confirmed through a separate binding commercial arrangement. Custom consultations, online orders, maintenance requests, and technical discussions may require additional verification, engineering review, pricing confirmation, production assessment, export review, delivery coordination, or written acceptance before they become binding. Lead times, specifications, availability, and service conditions may vary based on product category, destination, application scenario, and compliance requirements.

6. Mobile Apps and App Store Terms

Store operators are not parties to every commercial arrangement between you and us, but they may enforce their own legal rights and operational requirements with respect to apps obtained through their marketplaces. If a marketplace requires additional end user license terms, consumer notices, automatic renewal wording, refund disclosures, content rating rules, or age-gating obligations, those terms apply in addition to this Agreement.
7. Advertising-Supported Services
Some app versions may include advertising-supported experiences, including splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, app open ads, or similar formats. Ad delivery may involve third-party monetization, mediation, measurement, anti-fraud, or attribution services. By using advertising-supported versions of our apps, you acknowledge that ad-related technologies may operate subject to our Privacy Policy, your device settings, consent choices, and applicable marketplace requirements.
We do not guarantee the availability, frequency, reward logic, fill rate, or uninterrupted operation of any ad-supported function. Advertising configurations may change by country, app version, inventory provider, age signal, or legal requirement.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or apps, including by reverse engineering except where non-waivable law permits it, scraping at harmful scale, bypassing security features, sending unlawful or infringing content, uploading malware, abusing inquiry workflows, submitting deceptive business requests, interfering with advertising integrity, generating invalid traffic, violating export controls, or using the services in a manner that breaches local law, platform policy, or third-party rights.

11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, delist, modify, or terminate access to any website feature, app feature, or user interaction channel if required by law, app marketplace policy, anti-fraud controls, business restructuring, technical necessity, misuse concerns, security events, sanctions, export restrictions, or violation of this Agreement. Users may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning privacy, liability, intellectual property, dispute handling, and lawful records retention survive termination to the extent legally necessary.
12. Governing Law and Regional Rights
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the operations of Zhenjiang Longqiang Glass Technology Co., Ltd, without prejudice to mandatory rights and protections available to users under the laws of their home jurisdiction, including mandatory consumer, privacy, platform, advertising, and electronic commerce rules. If local law requires a different dispute forum, language, mandatory notice, refund right, or statutory warranty treatment, those rules apply to the extent they cannot legally be waived.
Users of apps distributed through Apple may also have rights under Apple's mandatory end user terms. Users of apps distributed through Google Play and other marketplaces may also have rights and obligations under store billing, subscription, refund, review, data safety, and content policy frameworks. These rules supplement this Agreement and do not replace our independent business relationship with the user unless the store terms expressly control a specific issue.
